The Evanta Motor Co DBR1 is inspired by the legend of the Le Mans winning car, yet with the sensible usuability of an everyday classic, and not the temperament of a Le Mans thoroughbred.
Each car is built to exacting customer specification. Whether you wish a modern ECU powered engine or an age related vintage offering we are able to cater for both palets.

Our motorcar utilises it's own bespoke tubular space frame chassis. Using only new or fully reconditioned parts the motorcar has a Limited slip differential to maximise power, adjustable coil over suspension and disc brakes all round. We utilise a tandem braking system witha choice of servo assisted if required.
We fit bespoke aluminium fuel tanks, header tank and radiator into this lightweight racer. A bespoke loom is hidden around the chassis and the use of original spec Lucas lights and dash equipment for the period finish.
Interior is completed to customer specification with an endless list of choices. Engine and gearbox options remain open to customer requirments with the Aston Martin DBS straight six proving a popular choice.
Body options are a one piece GRP or kevlar shell. Or hand crafted aluminium panels over superlegerra framework.
We are able to supply this model as either a bare rolling shell or a
road legal completed car that comes with IVA test certificate from VOSA,
one years MOT, one years road tax and an Evanta Motor Company warranty.
The five DBR1s were built by Aston Martin in 1956. Despite it's heritage, Aston Martin have only ever won Le Mans on one occassion. In 1959 with Roy Salvadori and Carrol Shelby behind the wheel the DBR1(2) won this iconic race. With an estimated value in excess of £7million for this piece of motoring history, it places such a car amongst the motoring elite.
